A cybersecurity and AI governance leader, De Ghimelle Karaboue has more than 15 years of experience in Europe and Africa. Following her experience at the European Space Agency, GE Healthcare and L’Oréal Europe, she was called upon by Atlantic Financial Group to serve as Group Chief Information Security Officer, where she designed and rolled out the Group’s cybersecurity strategy across its pan-African operations.

Now based in Dubai, at the DIFC and the Dubai AI Campus, she is Founder & CEO of Awaley Technologies Ltd, with a presence in Dubai and Abidjan.
